Developed specifically for families who are parenting teens with emotion dysregulation and other mental health challenges. In six-week sessions, we expand on topics like adolescent development, familial impacts of trauma, behavior/crisis management, effective communication strategies, parenting values, conflict resolution and overall health and wellness.

Who Can Join?
- Your teen is struggling with mood dysregulation
- Your teen has a history of trauma or mental health issues
- Your teen is using unhealthy coping behaviors (such as self-harm) or experiences suicidal ideations
